Right of withdrawal

You can withdraw within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. Write to kaadiralan@gmail.com or reach out on WhatsApp (+905396544669).

How refunds are calculated

• •If no session has taken place: the full amount is refunded.
• •If sessions have taken place: the per-session price is deducted for each delivered session and the rest is refunded. The per-session price is the total you actually paid, including any discount, divided by the number of sessions in the package.
• •Refunds are made within 14 days of your notice, using your original payment method.

Rescheduling

Your session time is reserved for you alone; I take no other student into that hour. That is why you can reschedule, but within a limit.

• •You can move a session to another time in the same week by giving at least 24 hours’ notice.
• •You get one reschedule for every 4 sessions in the package: 3 in a 12-session package, 4 in a 16-session one, 5 in a 20-session one.
• •A session cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, counts as delivered, because that hour was reserved for you.
• •Once your reschedules are used up, sessions count as delivered at their planned time.
• •For illness or an emergency you can reschedule once a year without it counting against your allowance.
• •If I have to reschedule a session, it does not count against your allowance and we set the make-up time together.

Package period

Packages cover a 4-week period. A package has no expiry date: unused sessions do not lapse, they carry forward. In unavoidable situations (illness, travel) pausing the package can be agreed together with the Seller.
