Cancellation & Refund Terms

Right of withdrawal

You can withdraw within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. Write to kaadiralan@gmail.com or reach out on WhatsApp (+905396544669).

How refunds are calculated

• If no session has taken place: the full amount is refunded.
• If sessions have taken place: the per-session price is deducted for each delivered session and the rest is refunded.
• Refunds are made within 14 days of your notice, using your original payment method.

Rescheduling

You can move a session to another time in the same week with at least one day's notice. A no-show counts as delivered, because that hour was reserved for you.

Package period

Packages cover a 4-week period. In unavoidable situations (illness, travel) pausing the package can be agreed together with the Seller.
