Main properties of the service

One-on-one live online English speaking training. Each session is 50 minutes. Packages cover a 4-week period with 3, 4 or 5 sessions a week. Sessions take place on the seller's online platform; after payment an account is opened for the buyer and the weekly plan is set together.

Price

The total price including all taxes is shown on the order page per package and payment method. For card payments the payment provider's fee is included in the card price and shown separately. There is no delivery cost; the service is provided online.

Payment

Bank transfer, or credit card in a single charge via iyzico. Transfer details are shown after ordering and sent by email.

Performance

After payment a platform account is opened and a password link is emailed. Sessions follow the weekly plan set together.

Right of withdrawal

The buyer may withdraw within 14 days. Where performance has begun with the buyer's approval, withdrawal cannot be used for the performed part: delivered sessions are deducted, the remainder refunded. See the Cancellation & Refunds page for details.

Complaints can be sent to kaadiralan@gmail.com or via WhatsApp (+905396544669). The buyer may apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees within the monetary limits set for the relevant year, and to Consumer Courts.
