Main properties of the service

One-on-one live online English speaking training. Each session is 50 minutes. Packages cover a 4-week period with 2, 3 or 4 sessions a week. Sessions take place on the seller's online platform; after payment an account is opened for the buyer and the weekly plan is set together.

Price

The total price including all taxes is shown on the order page per package and payment method. For card payments the payment provider's fee is included in the card price and shown separately. If a discount code is applied, the discount amount and the payable total are also shown on the order page and order summary. There is no delivery cost; the service is provided online.

Payment

Bank transfer, or credit card in a single charge via iyzico. Transfer details are shown after ordering and sent by email.

Performance

After payment a platform account is opened and a password link is emailed. Sessions follow the weekly plan set together, and a package is planned to be completed in roughly 4 weeks on that plan. A package has no expiry date; unused sessions carry forward.

Rescheduling

The hour reserved for each session is allocated to the buyer alone. With at least 24 hours’ notice the buyer may move a session to another time in the same week; this is limited to one reschedule for every 4 sessions in the package. Sessions rescheduled without observing the notice period, missed without notice, or not taken once the reschedule allowance is used up count as performed. Where the seller reschedules, the buyer’s allowance is not reduced and the make-up session is planned free of charge. For illness and similar unavoidable situations the buyer may reschedule once a year without it counting against the allowance. See the Cancellation & Refunds page for details.

Right of withdrawal

The buyer may withdraw within 14 days. Where performance has begun with the buyer's approval, withdrawal cannot be used for the performed part: delivered sessions are deducted, the remainder refunded. See the Cancellation & Refunds page for details.

Complaints

Complaints can be sent to kaadiralan@gmail.com or via WhatsApp (+905396544669). The buyer may apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees within the monetary limits set for the relevant year, and to Consumer Courts.
