Student portal

From the lesson to the archive, everything sits on the platform I built.

BuseSpeaks is not only a speaking program; there is a platform where lessons run, materials live, progress is tracked, and everything from your calendar to your invoices is within reach. I designed every detail of it for you. No Zoom link, nothing to install; you open a browser and start.

Not an ordinary Zoom call: I hold the controls, you hold the focus.

No getting lost between PDFs, no “where were we looking again?”. Your screen shows only the sentence or scenario we are on at that exact second. I run the whole flow behind it and carry the digital load, so you can free your mind and just speak.

If the student says “hold”, explain the phrasal verb.

Answer

Sure, take your time.

Built on the platform

No link hunting, instant join

The moment I start the lesson, an alert appears on whatever page you are on. No searching your inbox for a link, no refreshing, no waiting rooms; one click and you are in.

The video call is on the same page

The call window floats over the panel we are working on and you move and resize it however you like. Before you join, you choose your camera and microphone state; no lesson catches you unprepared.

I never say “look at that word”

We waste no time describing where on the screen we are. When I mark a word or a sentence, it is marked on your screen at the same moment; we look at the same place together.

The same experience on a phone

The platform is fully mobile: you can join a lesson from your phone and reach your archive from any device.

Preparation before the lesson

When I assign the module for our next lesson, you can look at part of it from your account. So if you want, you can glance at that day’s scenario and phrases before we meet.

A permanent archive after the lesson

Every lesson’s module, the corrections we made in it and the homework I gave stay in your account; you can go back and work on them whenever you like.

Audio and visual material

Where it helps, modules carry recordings, images and video; you work by listening to correct pronunciation examples.

Speaking homework

You hand in speaking homework as a recording, straight through the platform; my feedback shows up in your account too.

Better still, try it yourself.

A one-minute slice of a real lesson, from the student screen. See it for yourself.

Coming soon

“We talked, it was great. But what will I remember tomorrow?”

This is the biggest handicap of traditional speaking practice: the session ends and the words hang in the air. Here no exchange evaporates. Every correction, new phrase and strategic note from the lesson goes into your portal as it happens. You can reach all of it whenever you like.

Live sync

You see corrections the moment they are made, not as one long list at the end, and without breaking the natural rhythm of the conversation.

Two notebooks

My notebook

The development areas I note down about you, the patterns you stall on, and the strategic plan for your next lesson. A working space that runs for you in the background and only I can reach. You do not see this.

Locked both ways

Your notebook

Instead of losing your focus to pen and paper, your own digital notebook that you write in during the lesson and that belongs entirely to you. What you write saves itself and you can edit it later. I do not see this.

Preparation open, scenarios hidden.

Before we meet you can look at the day’s goals and the words we will use. But the discussion questions and reaction scenarios stay closed to you until the lesson itself. Why? Because the aim is not rehearsed lines; it is building real fluency by making you think on the spot.

On a phone you normally see either the content or the face. Here you get both.

I do not use the restrictive frames of standard video apps; I designed the mobile interface from scratch. When you join from a phone you never have to split the screen or shrink the content. The content stays in full-screen focus while the camera view sits in a flexible tile you can move to any corner with your fingertip. The lesson is wherever you are: travelling, in the kitchen, out walking. Even on the move it feels like the desktop.

Full-screen conversation

That maddening screen-dimming problem on phones is solved by a piece of infrastructure running in the background. Your phone never goes to sleep, and your connection state and elapsed lesson time stay in view. Every part of the portal opens straight in your browser; there is no app to download or update.

Dynamic scenario library

The program does not walk through a ready-made book; your lessons are picked for you from a large library.

Leave the traditional A1-B2 templates and photocopied handouts behind. The library currently holds more than 600 specific scenarios and over 80 strategic routes, from global business to everyday social life. Every piece can be filtered algorithmically to your goals and your level.

Some of the themes

  • Global meetings & presenting
  • Career & interview handling
  • Crisis moments and defending an idea
  • Networking and small talk
  • Cultural adaptation
  • Social life and relationships
  • Everyday life
  • Travel
  • Health
  • Technology
  • Fluency

Personalised routes

A route is the backbone plan designed to get you to your specific goals. We start from the route that best fits your profile, and the system then flexes on the performance data that builds up after every session. You are not stuck in a fixed syllabus; the program keeps reshaping itself around your pace and what you need right now.

  • Executive communication
  • Natural fluency reflex
  • Relocating abroad
  • American work culture
