1. Parties

SELLER: Kadir Alan, Limanreis Mah. Mithatpaşa Cad. No: 865, Narlıdere / İzmir. Tax office: Balçova Vergi Dairesi, tax no: 0480776823, MERSIS: yok. Email: kaadiralan@gmail.com.

BUYER: The person who provides their name, email, phone and address on the order form.

2. Subject

This agreement covers the delivery of the live online English speaking training service ordered by the Buyer on busespeaks.com, whose properties and price are stated on the order page, and the parties' rights and obligations under Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

3. Service properties

• •The service consists of one-on-one live online English speaking sessions; each session is 50 minutes.
• •Packages cover a 4-week period with 2, 3 or 4 sessions a week (8, 12 or 16 sessions in total).
• •Sessions take place on the Seller's online platform; a platform account is opened for the Buyer after payment.
• •Session days and times are planned together after payment.

4. Price and payment

The total price including taxes is the amount shown on the order page and order summary. Payment is made by bank transfer or by credit card in a single charge via the iyzico payment infrastructure. For card payments the payment provider's fee is included in the card price and shown separately on the order page. If a discount code is applied, the discount amount and the payable total are also shown on the order page and order summary. Later price changes do not affect existing orders.

5. Performance

After payment is completed, a platform account is opened for the Buyer and a password link is sent by email. Session planning is done together with the Buyer. The service is performed through the delivery of the planned sessions.

The hour reserved for each session is allocated to the Buyer alone. With at least 24 hours’ notice the Buyer may move a session to another time in the same week; this is limited to one reschedule for every 4 sessions in the package. Sessions rescheduled without observing the notice period, missed without notice, or not taken once the reschedule allowance is used up count as performed. Where the Seller reschedules, the Buyer’s allowance is not reduced and the make-up session is planned free of charge. For illness and similar unavoidable situations the Buyer may reschedule once a year without it counting against the allowance; force majeure is governed by article 7. A package has no expiry period; unused sessions carry forward.

6. Right of withdrawal

The Buyer may withdraw within 14 days of the conclusion of the agreement without giving any reason, by notifying kaadiralan@gmail.com or WhatsApp (+905396544669).

For services whose performance has begun with the Buyer's approval within the withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal cannot be used for the performed part (Distance Contracts Regulation art. 15/1-h). Accordingly: if no session has taken place, the full amount is refunded; if sessions have taken place, the unit price of the delivered sessions is deducted and the remainder refunded. The refund is calculated over the total the Buyer actually paid, including any discount; the per-session price is that total divided by the number of sessions in the package. Refunds are made within 14 days of the withdrawal notice, using the original payment method.

7. Force majeure

Obligations are suspended during events beyond the parties' control that make performance impossible; sessions are rescheduled to a suitable date.

8. Personal data

Information on personal data processing is provided in the KVKK Privacy Notice, which forms an annex to this agreement.

9. Disputes

Consumer Arbitration Committees within the monetary limits set for the relevant year, and Consumer Courts, at the Buyer's place of residence have jurisdiction.

10. Entry into force

The agreement is concluded when the Buyer confirms on the order form that they have read and accepted it. The text is emailed to the Buyer after the order and stored by the Seller.
