Personal Data Notice (KVKK)

Personal data processed

• Identity and contact: name, email, phone, address; Turkish ID number where required for invoicing.
• Order and payment records: package, amount, payment method, order history. Card details are NOT processed or stored by us; card transactions run on iyzico infrastructure.
• Learning data: session plans, session notes, learning progress.
• Technical data: session cookie, hashed IP for security purposes.

Purposes and legal bases

Data is processed to provide the service, open your account, plan sessions, handle payments and invoicing, communicate with you and keep the service secure; based on performance of a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c), legal obligations (art. 5/2-ç) and legitimate interest (art. 5/2-f).

International transfers

Data is hosted with providers whose servers are abroad (US): Google Firebase (authentication and database), Vercel (hosting), Daily.co (video lessons) and Resend (email delivery). Payments run via iyzico, established in Turkey. Transfers rely on the mechanisms under KVKK art. 9 and the explicit consent obtained at checkout.

Retention

Order and invoice records are kept for the minimum periods required by law; account and learning data for as long as the account is active plus a reasonable archive period.

Your rights

Under KVKK art. 11 you can request access, correction, deletion and object to processing by writing to kaadiralan@gmail.com. Requests are answered within 30 days at the latest.
